3.2 Bookings and Appointments

When booking our services:

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, via email, or by phone.
• A deposit is required to secure your booking (typically 30% of the total service cost).
• Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3.3 Prices and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms include:

• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Final payment is due on or before the service date.
• We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

3.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date may transfer the deposit to another date within 6 months.
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the service date forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service date are charged the full service amount.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
